Un 5* real en Portugal
Habitación cómoda y enorme, instalaciones muy cuidadas. Servicio de limpieza dos veces al dia, reponiendo agua constantemente y pendientes de que no faltara nada. El buffet de desayuno muy variado y completo, con una atención maravillosa por parte de la hostess.
Al llegar el recepcionista tenia prisa y no nos explicó nada del hotel, cuando a otros viajeros les detallaban y aconsejaban sobre el mismo. Servicio en piscina un poco lento, pero MUY amables y simpáticos.

Una decepción.
En general únicamente el personal, muy amable.
No nos funcionaba la calefacción, estuvimos una noche a 15 grados con un niño pequeño, no lo solucionaron hasta el día siguiente. Estuvimos en la cena de Nochevieja, un robo,215€ por persona, un buffet normal y corriente, nos pusimos malos 3 personas de la familia. No funcionaba la manguera de la ducha ni de la bañera. El Buffet de desayuno muy bueno. En general para ser un hotel de " 5 estrellas" muy mal. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. No volveremos.
